 Charming and very comfortable piece of history.  Actually a duplex converted into one large house by joining the living rooms.  It can accommodate many people.  Set below sidewalk level on Dunsmuir Ave, it is quiet and only two blocks away from four of the best restaurants in Northern California.5 bed/2 bath, fireplace,TVs/DVD.  Various bedrooms have one King, a Queen, one double on the bottom/twin on the top Bunk Bed, 3 Twins Beds  (a Trundle and a Twin), and a 3/4 Bed is the Porch Bedroom. The south Living Room has a pull-out Couch bed, TV/DVD, Fireplace, and heat/AC.  The north Living Room has a Futon Couch bed, TV/DVD, heat/AC, and the Ping Pong Table (stored against the wall). There are 2 Kitchens and the south Dining Room is large enough to seat everyone.
