Brand New 5 bedroom, 3 bath  Victorian Home next to the Sacramento River with views of Mt Shasta in the distance.  Downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and direct access to the main bathroom.  Upstairs has a master bedroom with a King bed and a master bathroom.  There are three more bedrooms upstairs.  One has a Queen bed and a double on the bottom twin on the top bunk bed.  The next has one queen bed.  The last has both a double on the bottom twin on the top bunk bed and a regular bunk bed for a total of four beds.  Altogether that is one king, three queens, two doubles, and four twins - 10 beds and a couch downstairs.  Filling the beds, it sleeps 17.  The third bathroom is shared, upstairs and has a shower and a deep well Jacuzzi bathtub.

Chateau on the River: General Description

From a distance, Chateau On The River describes itself by its almost monolithic presence on the banks of the Sacramento River.  It is large and dominating and perfect for family gatherings, weddings, reunions, etc.  It is brand spanking new and comes with some spectacular views.  There is lots of room around the dining room table or outside on the decks.  Set up lunch on the platform next to the water.  Hold a bridge tournament in the large living room.  Snowing or raining?  No problem.  Unload in the dryness of the two car garage.  Want some time alone?  Send everyone off recreating and you luxuriate in the deep well spa bathtub.  Five bedrooms so finding some private space to sleep in late or go to bed early is easy.   Just need a place for several families?  The maximum number of people for this house is flexible.  Usually limited only by your own comfort level.
