The mail level also has the kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a tub/shower, a laundry room, and the deck.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and there is flatware for 8. The TV and DVD are in the living room and the BBQ is on the deck. Of course there is AC for those few summer days when even the river breeze is just not quite cool enough.
